How to Collect All the Files in Adobe Illustrator

Suppose you designed something such as, Poster, or Menu; You might have used multiple font families and few graphics content such as PNGs or other image formats. Now when you want to hand over that project to the client, you will need to give him all the content you used in the project. So to save the time of collecting every linked item including fonts, Illustrator has given us this useful option to do that in few clicks.
